It looks back with fondness on the various industries, lifestyles, cultures and traditions but mostly the people from another era. It looks at how aviation helped to shape the region going right back to the early days of the Flying Boats at the port of Foynes and the development of Rineanna as one of the country's major airports, while also bringing the story forward through occasional turbulent times.
