Just finished this novel.. I totally can associate the church history and appreciate Gary McAvoys thorough research. The action is fast paced and well developed. I have now read all of the Magdalene Chronicles and the Vatican Secret Archives. I continue to give Gary McAvoy my highest compliments on his writing style, content and story development. I throughly enjoyed all five books and will keep my ear-out for his next installment!
