Sets the expectations higher than the dissapointing level of content we get in later parts.
That was... only ok. I appreciated it actually giving some closure/transition from WCA before going on its own romp. I was disappointed that the story wasn't heading towards a "Kate Bishop on a road trip back to NYC". I wonder how much of Kate's sisters we've seen before? I haven't read all of OG Young Avengers so maybe she's been mentioned before, or maybe I just forgot her. In any case, their relationship seems like the most interesting thing of this book so far, I look forward to seeing how t...
**This is my review of the series as a whole. Spoiler free.I think this series suffered from being limited to only 5 issues. There isn't time to explore Kate's motivations, instead of being shown how Kate has changed since leaving New York and why it is a big deal to her, we are just told so. Honestly, Kate's personality as a whole came off as incredibly bland in this run. I felt that she could have been replaced with any "generic ya protagonist" and nothing would have really changed. Really dis...
This is the young avengers mcu texting I want
The premise for this arc is a great one: Kate is feeling ready to say goodbye to the West Coast and head back to New York, but is dragging her feet because she doesn't necessarily want to return to the person she was in NY. So she decides to take the long way home and RSVP to a mysterious invitation she's been sent and check out some strange going-on's a resort that seems to cater to the rich...including a member of her own family.Kate's voice and appearance do seem a bit off- a little too carto...
Divertida, tono fresco, desenfadado y con un final muy interesante que te deja con ganas de más. Necesito más de Kate.

KATE GET BEHIND ME
tengo tanto cómics que leer
3 stars Kate Bishop is a fun character. I haven't watched the Disney+ series yet, but it's on my list. In the meantime, I picked this up at my local comic book store. I thought this was a fun series. The issue opens with Kate taking down a wave of bad men at a dingy factory. As she returns to her office, she opens an invitation leading her to fly to New York with her puppy Lucky. As Kate gets there, she meets someone from her past (view spoiler)[ Kate is invited by her older sister Susan. Susan
Hmm... aku lebih suka chara Kate Bishop di It's Jeff.
I was able to grab the Phil Noto variant cover of this one. This new Hawkeye series is focused upon Kate Bishop.Kate is finally returning from the West Coast to start getting her life back together. She isn't especially keen to get back home to Manhattan, though, so she's taking the long way... and walking straight into what is almost certainly a trap. When Kate and Lucky arrive at the luxury spa they come across a surprising person from their life, and realize they might be in deeper water they
Man, it has been a hot minute since we've been lucky enough to see Kate Bishop in a solo series, hasn't it? I'm still lamenting the loss of the West Coast Avengers (if you haven't read that series, please consider checking it out, it's a blast!). Given the new Hawkeye series on Disney+, it makes sense that we're getting a new Kate Bishop series. And personally, I'm not going to complain! I could certainly use some more Kate Bishop in my life. Kate is in the wind in Hawkeye: Kate Bishop #1. Well
Love the art, love the story, and I can't wait to see where Nijkamp takes us next! Also, I love Kate's group chat with America and Cassie. Nice touch!
After finishing the Hawkeye series on Disney+ I wanted to check out some of the latest comics with Kate Bishop as I really enjoyed her character. However I didn’t really connect with this first volume as I was hoping to. I’m not sure if it’s the art style, the writing or simply the story but I didn’t feel engaged. Plus it was so short that it was over as soon as it got interesting. We’ll see if things improve in the next volume.
mmm i don’t know if i‘ll continue with this
I don't know how I feel about this one. It was alright, and as a Kate fan I think he personality was decently portrayed in it, but it still has its faults. The breakup hurts a lot though, rip johnnykate I guess :( (And America's relationship. Rip to them too)
Dudes, you don’t want to know how excited I was when I saw this pop up on Marvel Unlimited. I absolutely love Kate and I’m really happy to have a new series following her. This was a very interesting start to the series. I’m not entirely sold on the art style yet, but I’m sure that will come. I’m also kind of sad that’s she’s moving away from L.A. as I absolutely adored the West Coast Avengers.
