Ahhh what a great ending!
This idea that, in the end, we all fall victims to our own vices and that there is not breaking the wheel, just making it turn the other way, is a satisfying and yet trapping ending. I did not really see it going that way, I had a different line going through my head. Nevertheless, I loved every moment of this story, this short and sadistic representation of our world. I do highly recommend this whole series if you have 45-60 minutes to spare of your life and you want to spend it questioning the...
So i rate the whole thing a 3.75~4 because as much as I like the message and the finale of eating the rich I also feel it fell a little flat. I wanted more to the characters that showed reluctance and regret that you could see in very few scenes. Idk its good just wanted a bit more depth. 5 issues was too little imo.
we love queer gals taking down the patriarchy and capitalism
I've enjoyed this run, but I had a feeling I wouldn't like the ending. I didn't.Things are perfectly set up to continue this. That is good.A main character is gone (I think. Perhaps not). Ultimately, the way the story is set to continue ultimately fails. It'll be interesting how they can fight this. It should be interesting and bloody. :)Not surprised as to who came to the rescue. Is it me or is the art different in this issue?
the way i scream cackled at this ending. what a DELICIOUS conclusion!!!
The ending was a bit abrupt. It really should have had a few more issues.
Son of a bitch, they pulled this story off!!!
3/5The end was very rushed but it was great nevertheless.
AAAAHHHH! I loved the ending! One could say it was... killer! :)Was it rushed? Yes.Was it gay? Hell yea.Was it disgusting and horrifying? Hell the fuck yes.Overall, the series is really good. It's a quick read with nice artwork, interesting moral dilemmas, and a crap ton of blood. Would highly recommend.
Ummmm that was an abrupt ending. The issue was going so well and it felt like they just rushed the ending.
El título es autoexplicativo. No sé si me gusta que el discurso quede tan en la superficie, pero que se trate la consciencia de clase de esa manera, sí me agrada. En fin, quién tiene hambre?
This review is for the whole series and the fifth issue. This issue is really good as it has a lot of action and a pretty gruesome ending but also makes sense of the symbolism even further and has poetic justice to it. (view spoiler)[As a whole, though, I found the love triangle unbelievable and disappointing as I was expecting Joey and Petal to be friends and allies, not to end up together. I also felt like the series could’ve been 3 issues and not 5. The first issue could be as, 2 and 3 could’...
was this super rushed? yes. do i care about it? not really. did i LOVED that they actually fucking eat the rich? abso-fucking-lutely!
A dark and twisted ending for a dark and twisted story. I loved it.
Aw, yay!
