More, More, MoreI love this series. I am just throwing this out to the Cosmos: please let Martha and Michael keep writing this series until the number of Idina books equal J.D. Robb's "In Death" series. I truly enjoy the day to day happenings Idina goes through. The new people she meets and their enteractions are so interesting. I can't wait for the next book.
Still enjoying it!There are still a lot of unanswered questions and not a lot of action in this book but I still found the main character interesting and can't wait to read more of her journey!
if military based need military facts rightStory is good, compelling reading…but extensive errors about basic military life and operations is distracting. If a book is going to be based on a character serving in current day military basic facts need to be right. Research and have someone who has served assist.
Next Please!Normally I won’t read an incomplete series because when they’re good, I don’t have the patience it takes to wait for the next book.I happened upon this series in a weak moment never thinking it would turn out to be something I’d want to stick with… well it was/is, and it’s so good - ugh! However, the RHYTHM of this story so closely approximates the rhythm of the opening to that very famous song from the Wizard of Oz that they were the first words that came to mind as I began this review. Martha and Michael appear to be trying something new with this series, as it is very unlike anything I have read from them before. Once again, this book takes each of the many pieces in play and moves th...
Still interesting I’ve read three of these and don’t have a clue where they are going. Much like being on a bus ride with no idea where the destination is. Well done characters are keeping my interest but frankly so far the three books feel like finger food served before a dinner. Next one needs some substance or I’m afraid I’m done.
