4/5 stars.I'm loving this series. It keeps getting better. I loved how we got to experience multiple POV's this time.Really excited for the next book.
Releases 3/315/5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 Spice 🌶🌶🌶This series has in her grasp and is not letting up since I first read it in November of last year. This is the second book in the series and Rumer has outdone herself.I love how Kierra developed and learned more of her powers and stops taking shit from those trying to take advantage of her. So much growth, ya’ll are gonna die when you read it! Her 5 alpha mates are back and delicious as ever. Rion is the quiet and observant basilisk with a very talen...
3.5 starsThis book seemed to drag in the fist part when the family was trying to reunite. I'm hoping this is just one of the awkward transitional books, however. The story does progress. It was just frustrating to see them dither about their missing mate(s).
wait what?!?How is it over already??? No!!!!!!Ok so this started off a little choppy. I think it would have benefited from a little recap action and some context for what was going on. There are a few things plot wise that nagged and are still nagging at me but nothing that effected my ability to push it away and enjoy the hell out of this book. I am one happy bih about the heat in this one, I mean holy cheese biscuits the kitchen scene with Axel!!! I’m gonna need Rion to get a little more time
Why this is so dark Thankyou so much author for this much of painAnd of course 'love' 'steamy' n that "knot"
ARC REVIEW I was absolutely ecstatic to be able to get this ARC and let me tell you I DEVOURED this book. This was everything I needed in a sequel and more!It picks up where the first books ends after Kiarra is taken by King. What I loved the most was that we get multiple POVs from the guys along with Kiarra. So not only are we seeing how Kiarra is doing being back with King while thinking her mates are dead, but we get to see the thoughts of each of the guys as they deal with trying to find her...
I enjoyed this book much more than the first. Finally getting to learn more about the guys plus the spicy scenes...*chef's kiss." "What if I wanted to burn the entire city down?" This was their home after all. " Then we'll help you light the fucking match." Although I was starting to cringe everytime I read the word "delicious." It was repeated over and OVER again during the spicy scenes. I believe "core" was over used as well but it didn't drive me crazy like "delicious," *eye twitch.* "Hi...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am seriously loving this series! kiarra and her boys are everything. I love me some alpha's so for Kiarra to have a full harem of them 🥵 I'm book 2, Blood & Wrath, we see Kiarra start to come into her powers. We learn where she comes from that has given her such power while King seems to be set on unleashing hell on earth. I think what I liked about this book was the formatting style. We had action fairly early on as the boys and Kiarra tried to figure out how to get her away from Ki...
Enjoy the ride!!!This series just keeps getting better!! Kiarra is a total BA. She has finally decided that she is worth saving and I'm here for it! I love each of her guys and the powers they possess especially after bonding with Kiarra. The world building is great. Can't wait to see what the Underworld will look like. I hate the way the guys were treated by their own families! Ugh, it hurts my heart! All of them are possessive of each other. The guys are ready to kill anyone that does or says
Well, she did it again; that ending left my mind blown and dying for the next book 😭Blood and Wrath picks up slightly ahead of where Blood and Ruin left off. Kiarra has been taken by King and the guys are desperately trying to find any lead possible to locate their mate. But, while Kiarra is trapped away, she learns more about herself and her abilities than she ever has before; and may actually be the most powerful entity this world has ever seen. You know when you love a book so much, you procr...
This book picked up after that cliffhanger where our FMC, Kiarra, believes that all of her fated mates are dead. She is back to being tortured by King and his men all the while her men are frantically searching for her. The writing still had something lacking but I couldn't tell you what. I rated 4 stars based on vibes - I think, in my personal preference, it took too long for her guys to get her back. I don't mind a little separation and torture, but this went on for so long that it weakens the...
MmmmmThis book was better than I expected. When there was action it wasn’t summed up in one page you got to “feel” it. One thing that drove me crazy is how much it focused on one guy in the harem (Jax) is such a big pet peeve of mine. The attention was divided equally. I loved that Kierra got to help Luca I literally love him and Kai 😍. Overall I loved this one more than the first!!!
So you know how sometimes a books spends 90% of the time getting the girl back from the kidnapper and it is a rough read? Well this is not that. It was 40 or 50% and they get her back so you get a good half of the book being rejoined and it isn’t terrible having the guys fighting to get to her before they do free her, well they show up, she frees herself. It is fantastic. Left me on a terrible cliff hanger however and I have no idea when I get more.
⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶🌶🌶This books starts out super slow - around 50% is when it finally picks up and moves the plot along. I love me some amazing spice - and lemme tell you - this is good. Great plot ideations, it lacks in making them come to life in writing. This book asked more questions and gave less answers that what I typically expect in paranormal/ fantasy writing.
