I have been a dialysis patient for two years. I lost my kidneys to medication toxicity. Before this my husband and I enjoyed cooking together. We found the kidney diet to be a real challenge to stay on and yet cook something that tasted good. For two years we have worked with the dietitian at the dialysis center to create this collection of recipes.
