Modeling Clay

Modeling Clay

Philip de Ste. Croix
0/5 ( ratings)
Clay has always fascinated me. There are endless possibilities when it comes to deciding what you are going to create, and whatever models you do make will almost certainly inspire you to experiment some more. In this book I have chosen 28 projects for you to make, arranged according to their degree of difficulty. It is advisable to read the Helpful Hints - they will tell you what you can use as tools and equipment to make it easier. There are also some tips on mixing your own colors! As a potter and sculptor, I have used many different materials, but clay is my absolute favorite. The material that you are going to use is very similar to potter s clay, except that you do not need to bake it in a kiln. I hope you will have hours of enjoyment creating all sorts of models, just as I do. Remember, whatever you make will keep for as long as you want it, but the great thing about modeling clay is that, whenever you feel like it, you can simply roll it up and start all over again.
