The Dirty Napkin is an online literary journal that was created in August 2007. It seeks to publish the best Poetry, Fiction, and Letters in four issues a year. What are the best poems, fiction, and letters, you ask? Well, thankfully we have a rather wide submission base and so we get to approach this question fresh with every issue.
