"The Land of Light Rain" is a book written by American writer Mary Hunter Austin. It contains a series of interrelated and melodious essays concerning the residents of the American Southwest, including humans and other things. It ranks second in Zamorano's critical early California rundown in the 1980s. The Land of Light Rain has been allocated many times. The main release was in 1903 by Houghton Mifflin . Subsequent releases contained a shortened adaptation of a photograph taken by Ansel Adams in 1950, a presentation form by E. Boyd Smith by the University of New Mexico Press in 1974, and a 1988 by Edward Abbey The presentation is part of the Penguin Nature Library by Penguin Books and the 1997 edition published by Terry Tempest Williams. The Land of Drizzle is a series of short stories and essays detailing the scenes and inhabitants of the American Southwest.
