Some fun action in this one, an interesting finale, but it came up short in too many counts. The villain of the piece, Jill's father, is simply entirely one-dimensional - nutty scientist experimenting on his daughter to create government super-assassin - and story is driven entirely by action sequences, one-liners (some good, some corny) and too many scenes of Jill angrily crying about her horrible life.
