Dear Andrew & Tyler is a collection of letters from a grandfather describing the everyday trials and joys of living and ministering cross-culturally in the Balkans and surrounding countries including Croatia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia, Slovenia, Greece and Cypress. When he started on his third career at age 53, Jim never imagined that he would establish a ministry to village churches in Croatia, be sent to Kosovo shortly after the last bomb fell, nor did he know he would be comforted by the people of Bulgaria after the terrorist attacks in America on September 11, 2001.
