''Sluggy the little snail spent all his life under a lettuce. The lettuce seemed to be quite a fine little home to our tiny snail. Sluggy furnished his cool, well-ventilated, small house comfortably and he was always surrounded by his green leafy delicious home.
One day Sluggy the snail woke up and saw the rain dripping into his little house, no wonder, for our greedy friend often had a bite or two of the crunchy lettuce rooftop for dinner. The rooftop was full of huge holes so that sometimes the cold rain soaked him; other times the hot sun made him sweat. One day he got fed up and climbed to the top of the lettuce to peek out through a big hole.
“What a beautiful garden, so many delicacies! And I waste all my time under this lettuce!”
