‘Inside Our Own Hearts’ is a true story of love and friendship spanning over many years, many countries, and many people, and how that same love and friendship has now broken endless barriers by continuing beyond this life.

My book describes how after many years of varied paranormal experiences, such as extraordinary dreams, metal-bending, time-slips, and so-on, my Brother’s passing became a catalyst for my spiritual learning and understanding.

It is a funny, sad, and thought provoking history, which tells of many incidents of my meeting with the unknown, the times I have been afraid and how this has been overcome.

My involvement in circle, meditation, mediumship skills, and many other practices are all described, alongside my research work, and appendixes’. The book also contains small photographs taken by myself, and my own verses and quotes also punctuate the book making it unique, with the total word count being approximately 21,296.

Finally, I would like to tell you that ‘Inside Our Own Hearts’ is truly written from within my own heart, and I hope in its silent form will connect with others’ hearts.
