Dexter Poin's Way of Life Series Boxed Set has finally arrived!
This is just the beginning too folks, as this is only just about 10% of what I really want to say, and get out there to hopefully help even just 1 person find their own way of life.
What is inside of this book is not your typical run of the mill template on how to live a healthy life style, or on how to diet and exercise correctly for weigh loss, or weight management.
My point of views are not quite like what is considered to be of the norm.
We are all genetically, and culturally different types of people. I do not believe that cookie cutter templates, no matter what they may be geared towards work.
My way of life, is not your way of life.
So simply trying to copy my way of life would be of no benefit to you, and your way of life. But this does not mean that we can't learn from other peoples way of life beliefs, and patterns in which they chose to live. It is not as complicated as some try and make it seem, to exercise right for your bodies needs, and to eat healthy, and to try and make the best life choices that help to promote an overall sense of well being.
It is all 99% mental!
1% action! Once the mental aspect gets taken care of, it is all a piece of cake from there! Well, maybe "cake" wasn't the best analogy! But I think that you can get my drift.
Mind over matter.
The way that I like to break that down is to focus my mind, on what matters.
I know that probably sounds dumb huh? You probably are visualizing me right now, as i'm in my mothers basement, playing old vinyl records from the 70's of majestic sounds of the ocean.With dozens of incense candles burning in the background, but it is still not enough to mask the over powering stench of patchouli oil. I've got my legs crossed as I am hovering a few inches off of the ground, with my arms out to the side, and my fingers are in the shape of the lower case letter b, as I am OHMING my heart away, drifting my mind off into a galaxy far far away.
Bahahahahahahahaha!
No, I do not think that much of myself. But hey, like a broken record I always say, different strokes for different folks. And folks that are into that kind of stuff are ok by me! I just enjoy a good laugh from time to time. Mostly at my own expense! I really just don't want anyone to confuse me, or lump me in with a certain type. My books are out on an island all by themselves, and I suppose that is pretty much how I subliminally intended them to be.

I talk about a variety of topics such as:
Fad diets, and eating patterns that many people get lured into.
Most people are following eating patterns that are not suitable for their bodies needs and personal goals. Diet fads and weight loss pills, are proven to be bad and promoted by shills! Don't ever forget that.
Adrenal glands, and hormonal imbalances, coffee and other stimulants, and there effects on the body.
