Deliverance better than Divorce: Marriage and Sex

Deliverance better than Divorce: Marriage and Sex

The Christian Home
This is a strong lesson but there is nothing to be embarrassed about. The Bible tells it like it is - sin is sin. You also need to learn how demons talk and think. Sex according to God is pure, uplifting and clean; sex according to Satan is perverted, degraded and filthy. Children and adults need to learn about the right and wrong ways of sex.

This lesson is for pastors, ministers and those who have committed sexual sin before or after marriage. Do you know what the Bible says about sexual sin? Have you committed any sexual sin in your life? Do you know the long reaching results of your actions? Do you know you cursed your children?

There is the great disruption of the established order in the home that is a telling sign. Actually, the author can remember that it was considered a family disgrace if a divorce occurred within a family!

Christians and non-Christians were held to this same high standard. It was a rare thing and usually kept hidden as much as possible! This is no longer the circumstance of modern marriage. The appalling ratio of divorces to marriages in recent years spells disaster on our national horizon.

During the sixties and seventies, liberal women in America began to spin the lie that being a homemaker was like living in slavery. Regrettably, the news media, governors, senators, legislators, judges and even the President of the United States, Jimmy Carter agreed with these liberal women and laws began to be changed. In the name of “equal rights” laws were modified that no longer protected the women that stayed in the homes to be homemakers and mothers.

The results are that America has filled itself with women who are presently working outside the home. The difference is that before the laws were changed, one husband could support an entire family on his income. Now it takes two parents working just support the family bills! The children are left to become self- raisers that are called ‘latch key,” children. They come home after school and lock the door and sit in front of evil programs that are designed to steal their mind and spirits.
Adultery
The Bible declares, "And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her," .

What a graphic picture is presented here of the adulterous woman! Her "hands as bands" are compared to "chains." In her warm and fond embrace, she entangles or wraps her victim's emotions and affections in "chains of darkness." She entices him with the bait of pleasure and leads him down the path to Hell. Nothing is more ruinous and dangerous to a man's soul than her subtlety and enticements. The only way to escape her "chains," "snares," "nets," and cunning, emotional game is to walk holy, blamelessly, and soberly in this present evil world while keeping the body and its passions and affections under the absolute control of the Word of God.
The American family is in trouble.
America will pay, and pay dearly, for this great sin of which she is guilty. Divorce, adultery and rebellion have grown like an ugly weed throughout the country. Here, as in many other areas, the statement, "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap," .

Too long have as a nation wink at these great sins. Too long have the ministers of the Gospel refused to preach against these great sins and to remarry those who were divorced, and whose former companions were still living.
