How much time? The time from my own diagnosis and beginning thirteen days. In those thirteen days, two hundred eight-five thousand people died. You should know that in 2015 over fourteen million people worldwide live with cancer! According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention 2014 report, cancer globally kills eight million lovely humans every year, equal to the entire populations of sixty five countries of the world. Eight million people equal almost twenty two thousand people a day. Over nine hundred people every hour of every day!Now, right now at this very moment, someone’s mother, father, baby, child, teenager, husband, wife, partner, lover, brother, sister, cousin, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, or friend died because of cancer. If that person is someone you love, you too should be mad at cancer.I have determined to live with cancer with relentless HOPE as I declare I Will Not Back Down From Cancer.
