Advancement of technology has created the Machumans which are easily inhabited by those seeking to bring Hell to Earth. They have systematically gained power during the implementation of the Kreiger Laws, but to keep this power, they soon realize they have to kill Sera.

An epic showdown begins when Sera becomes the leader of an army who has the daunting task of eliminating Machs from Earth.
