nossa, começou tão bem a série e o ultimo volume foi tão fuenteria dado 2 mas eh
Still short on the story but a good fight between two powerful guys!
When all is said and done, American Alien will go down in history as one of the great Superman stories.
Max Landis said he was going to end his American Alien series with "the most violent, realistic fight Superman has ever been in." I think perhaps he oversold it a little bit. In case you forgot, Landis and DC hired different illustrators for each issue. Jock is the name of the illustrator here, and I think some of the fighting was lost in his mediocre, muddled illustrations. In fact, I think the artwork here is one of the worst in the series (just slightly better than issue #2, illustrated by To...
“No soy de Krypton: Soy de Kansas”.Creo que me habría gustado más desarrollo en el luto de Clark sobre Krypton peeeeeero me gustó bastante. Me emocioné muchísimo en su pelea contra Lobo. Definitivamente, me gustó bastante la antología de American Alien y buscaré más obra de Landis.
Must read just to see Superman saying that he's gonna shove up Lobo's arse :p
I enjoyed this series a lot, but for a "climactic finale" I found I cared for this issue less than the others. What's stopping Lobo from coming back tomorrow? Ten minutes from now? Was the entirety of the series just to get Lois to like Clark back? This doesn't feel like an adequate end, though I am glad I came along for the ride. I feel the series was much stronger in the middle.
Seeing Lobo was pretty cool.

This issue was a lot of fun and pulled at the heart strings as well. Nice job.
Well, I have to say that I'm a little disappointed by this "epic finale". It didn't feel like an ending, it lacked something.Anyway, he seemed to have finally found away arounf his orgins and all.
I gave this 3 stars just because of the all around series, but would easily give 2 because it lacka of the thrill a series like this deserves for its finale
Perhaps it's unfair, but I expected something a little more epic from this. Introducing Superman to the world at large and having Lois declare her love are undeniably big moments in Clark's life, but this felt like an odd end to a great series. Lobo of all characters was an odd choice for an antagonist and his tone didn't quite fit here. I also like a sharper look than Jock offers so that probably didn't help. Still think this is one of the best Supermen series I've ever encountered, but overall...
