A personal method I developed over 30 years time that helped me to finally quit smoking and should be of benefit to all those who find it difficult to quit as I did. I tried just about everything during my 35 smoking years trying to quit at different times and nothing worked but this no stress, no pressure method I developed that allows you to enjoy smoking to the very last puff.

This book not only shows the method, step by step, but also tells the story of how I came to be introduced to tobacco, how it got its hold on me, and what I found out about the tie between habit, addiction, and lifestyle as I developed the method to finally quit. The reader can take the journey as I did, and use the same steps, or adapt them to his/her own needs. The method is easy to implement and is stress-free with no deadlines. You will never "set a quitting date" with this method because it's not part of the plan.

I have successfully quit smoking after 35 years using this method; that is something I could never have accomplished going 'cold turkey', using gum or patches, or cigarette substitutes. My wife and kids are proud of me, but most of all, I'm proud of myself.
