Polarity (Clouds Series Book 1)

Polarity (Clouds Series Book 1)

Jacob Caine
0/5 ( ratings)
Born on the same day, three rooms down from each other, Abigail and Ezekiel are two children forced to take two separate paths. As a girl, Abigail is allowed to return home with her mother, joining the rest of the female population in a city guarded and run by anthropomorphic machines. Being born a boy, Ezekiel is sent to join the rest of the male population, in a wasteland shielded from the sun by a endless patch of grey clouds. There he works in the mine, gathering the resources used to power all the electricity in the city.

Ignoring the rules set before her, Abigail ventures out of her camps borders, and the two meet. Together, they attempt to unite two populations as one. When both sides refuse to join, all-out-war is set between them. Ezekiel and Abigail much choose between siding with their own people, or siding with each other.

If you're a fan of Hugh Howey's Wool, or Justin Cronin's The Passage, you'll love this.
