I have not read anything from Will North before, so am reading "Trevega House" (A Davies & West Mystery) (Volume 3) , as a stand alone novel and was pretty happy with it in that regard. There were a lot of twists and turns along the way, so had to take frequent breaks or I was going to pull my hair out. Good mysterySurprising ending..great development with a good setting that makes for gripping reading. A must for mystery readers. Don't miss it.
This is book 3 of the Davies & West series, but it is also a sequel to Water, Stone, Heart. I recommend reading the latter before this one, since it gives the backgrounds of Andrew, Nicola, and Lee who are now living in Trevega House. It is also a very good book!
