This is the story of a child who lived in a very small town in the Nazi Germany.
A town away from everything with little contact with what was happening in the big cities.
Max, is a Jewish boy whose family lives in the village hundreds of years , he observes how slowly those who played, sang and ran with him through the village, are changing their behavior.
He does not understand what is happening, he asks his family what happens. He walks around, looks, hears conversations, but he does not understand.
Years later, he tells his story to his granddaughter who lives in another country.
Is a story with suspense and adventures, which makes it very attractive for a boy or a girl.
