After developing an interest in wristwatches, but dismayed by the lack of my finances, I wanted to find a way of obtaining the luxury watch of my dreams - without taking out credit.
I decided to set myself a challenge - could I trade watches on eBay to generate the funds required to buy a luxury watch?
The aim was simply to buy a cheap watch on eBay, before selling it on for a profit and reinvesting these funds on another watch to sell. I hoped that by doing this a number of times I would be able to come close to getting the watch of my dreams.
And it worked!
From a battered old £12.50 Seiko to a Tudor Heritage Black Bay, this guide takes you through each stage of my experiment providing valuable hints and tips along the way.
I was and never will be a watch expert, and you needn't be either. Just take on board some of my methods and you too could be the proud owner of a luxury watch for very little initial outlay.
All you need is some patience, use of eBay, and some modest funds to get you started.
Good luck and enjoy!
