Very informative and a read I will go back and reference time and time again.
Consistency matters more than intensity! Eating well should not be burdensome. Take it easy and take it one step at a time. Its okay to crave that burger or that fat-laden milkshake once in a while! A change should not be too drastic too. As long as you take it easy and consistent, your body will soon adapt to the new regime and eventually eating healthy will become something of unconscious competence!
I love this book. Bloody brilliant. It has some fantastic hints and tips to stay hydrated and fully fueled for your day ahead.

This book offers clear, concise, and no-nonsense advice with a strong emphasis on practicality. I loved it. There is also no shaming or guilt-tripping if you end up with no food prep or eating out. And there are clear instructions on what to eat in those cases. Food seems to be made to be such a big deal these days - go vegan, go paleo, go keto etc. It's confusing and overwhelming.
