A man dressed as a post office letter carrier from the 1950's has been visiting residents in the small city of Fern Creek, Kentucky. Shortly after he delivers a package the receiver mysteriously ends up in a coma. Street smart, exotic dancer Elyssia Martin receives a stressful phone message from her twin sister Meghan, just before she is admitted to ICU. Strange occurrences are being reported by the locals, but those in authority do not want to talk about ridiculous urban legends. Elyssia leaves her job as a dancer in Atlanta to investigate the odd phenomenon, in the hopes that she can help save her sister by discovering more about the elusive man that was last seen with her.
