These two ongoing comic series have been a joy to read and now Go Go has come to an end. I've really enjoyed the asynchronous storytelling. The reveals have happened in such interesting ways. This volume serves as the final in the origin of the Omega Rangers. Kiya is introduced. We know how that'll go. I love when the comic takes a moment from the original tv series and expands on it emotionally. Tommy has taken over as the leader and there's a discussion between Zordon and Jason about leadershi...
Yay! Another volume of this fantastic graphic novel of this wonderful series. We get to see some more of the reasons that part of the Mighty Morphin groups splintered off and became the Omega Rangers. I am really looking forward to reading further adventures of Jason, Zach and Trini. So many great comics, so little time! Great work Boom!
4.5 stars, and part of that rating comes from my inner child. 90s kid or otherwise, this series is a home run. Although the 90s TV show doesn't hold up, this comic series is as good fun now as the TV show felt when I was a kid. A great run overall, and although the GGPR series is intertwined with the concurrent MMPR run, GGPR is much more consistent in quality. I can't wait to read some of the other works that Ryan Parrott has been involved with.
Go Go Power Rangers comes full circle as the Omega Rangers storyline comes to a head, and the Rangers will literally never be the same again. Go Go has always been about providing context, either to the original TV show or to goings on in the main MMPR ongoing, and this final arc of Necessary Evil does exactly that as we finally meet/re-meet some familiar faces.
