I'm rounding up but this was a good cute story. I not entirely up to speed on the King in Black event but there was enough here that I didn't feel lost and i could enjoy the story individually. I would like to see more of these characters.
Loved this. I need more of them.
4/5Clearly, Knull is no lover of romance, so he decided to crash the honeymoon! Love the new role of Hulking and how he is adopting it.
A nice comic about Hulkling and Wiccan with Luciano Vecchio's art, the true cherry on top. This mostly a comic to show Hulkling and Wiccan after their marriage, but Lauri-Ell was a nice addition. She didn't deserve to be called third wheel, Wiccan! It was nice.
Eh.I'm not a huge fan of these guys' new roles as space kings. Emperor of an intergalactic alien alliance is not a great fit for Teddy's character, no matter how hard the writers try to make it true. The only thing worse than a completely out-of-character Hulkling worrying whether the optics of accepting a gift makes him look weak, is the 'No ruler ever in the history of rulers has been so effortlessly perfect at the job!' tone that permeates this story. The Adventures of Emperor Mary Sue hold l...
Billy and Teddy try to have a honeymoon, which Billy thinks is well-deserved. Teddy is instead considering how it will look to his subjects. Really, Teddy? The character Lauri-ell's main function through the first part of the book is to block Teddy and Billy from having "alone time." Then things along the lines of the Spider-Man villain Venom, including those in dragon form, really ruin the honeymoon. Teddy and Billy instead take up the task of saving all the alien people on the defenseless resor...
Enjoyable and fun! I love Wiccan and Hulkling and this is a fun read including them. Didn't know much about the King In Black run and this was the only part I read but it was fun anyway and wasn't confusing.
This was rather lovely!Written by the ever awesome Tini Howard and illustrated by the fabulously talented Luciano Vecchio (check out his art in The Interactives from Markosia, written by my good friend Pete Rogers, coloured by my other good friend Yel Zamor and lettered by my very good self), this issue picks up with the newly weds, Wiccan and Hulkling, being gifted a much needed honeymoon by the Shi'ar.Of course everything does not go as planned, and the couple's alone time is rudely interrupte...
A cute one-shot.
3.5 stars. It felt fun, but the story was a little weak, and jerky. Things just sort of happened, and then went away.
Ok, yeah, that was delightful. I don't care one bit about the main King In Black storyline, but always here for gay space honeymoons.
my heart is gonna implode
Cute one shot. I need more stories of my new favorite couple.
Really dislike this art style but like they’re my guys so it was still alright
I wish this was a full series instead of a single issue that's part of a larger event I couldn't care less about. The story is kind of standard, but I liked the art. And the characterizations are somewhat thin, but there is still a bit of an arc for both of them, which is impressive because of how little space there is in this single issue.
4.5 bc the art wasn't for this book.
At first I liked the art style but not for teddy and Billy but then it grew on me. As for the plot i didn't care much but it was a nice story
Fico...
...artworknya manis...
Cute and fun. Doesn't require reading all the other comic books in the larger storyline.
