A journey to Israel is a life-changing and faith-growing trip of the soul and spirit equal to nothing else on earth. Whether one is exploring Caesarean ruins on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, taking a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, hiking a mountain in Ein Gedi where King David hid, or walking the bustling, cobbled streets in the Old City of Jerusalem, there are truly not enough days in the year to fully experience Israel. If I am able to inspire even one person to join a church Bible Study tour or a private, Christian tour of Israel and its fantastic biblical ruins and sites by the writing of this book, I will consider it a success. My prayer is to strengthen your faith as you read about the first of several pilgrimages my husband and I made to this amazing country. A stay in God's holy land brings indescribable blessing to the heart and broadens the mind while bringing the pages of Scripture to life.
