I read this book several years ago during my senior year of high school. When I got onto Goodreads a few months ago, I quickly added books I had read and carelessly rated this book a 2-out-of-5 stars. Chris Blake has been a dear friend and mentor to me as long as I have known him. He poured his heart into the story and the journey reflected in this book. His writing reminds me of Phillip Yancey (or maybe it's vice versa): creative, witty, profound. I appreciated the lessons I learned about the s...
Starts with the discussion of the possible existence of a Superior Being and slowly narrows it down to the person of Jesus Christ. Then it goes on to show how His teachings confirm both Old and New Testament of the Bible.

This book is life changing. With singular clarity and well reasoned argument, Chris explains who God is and why He is different from anything you've ever heard about Him. I would recommend this for anyone.
I was almost done when I gave it to a lady on the plane. I pray that she reads it.
LOVE IT! I highly recommend it (thanks, B!).
I learned more about God and what He wants our relationship to be like. It's one that I will have to read multiple times. Every time God will speak to my heart even more.
Am a good friend of the author, adds a much-needed practical aspect of God.
One of the best books that I have EVER read written by a Seventh-day Adventist! I thank GOD for Chris Blake and this book!
