Really interesting to discover the original story of Aladdin rather than the Disney version I grew up with. Genie of the ring?! SAY WHAAT??! Everyone knows the genie comes out of the magic lamp!! 😄 But it’s all ok, because along comes a second genie!!! 🤔🙈🤷🏼♀️…they also didn’t just live happily ever after…“Aladdin and his wife had lots of children, and lived happily ever after”! 😄

It cool
It wasn't my children and grandchildren that loved these books the best. It was me. Pure nostalgia.
Good for learning Finnish - I have read the Finnish version
I love Abu and the magic carpet.
Aladdin is a fairy tale appropriate for readers in grades K-2. It is an adventurous book and is entertaining to read.
Not a perfect novelization of the beloved film. Much was left out that was really needed. Text is clunky and unnatural. Illustrations are extremely pale and sheer. Cheap fast-drying ink for a soulless cash grab. My son begged for it because it is Aladdin.
Read the french version of this, starting with children books because it is easier to start reading french, but did like it :))
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I love the movie Aladdin, the original and the remake without the animation, and I thought it was very similar to the plot of the movies. I thought the author did a good job at combining the elements of picture book and a story.
A whole new world to bomb, according to Public Policy Polling.
Not the exact book I've read but this will do. Same title.
a great book for kids with easy to read text and lovely pictures that make you believe in magic.
Another book my sister likes.
Just a lovely Disney story about Aladdin and his beautiful world with the genie and Princess Jasmine.
Great bbedtime red for the little ones. Its long enough to only need the one book yet not to long to read. Great 1st reader.
The greatest retelling about the Chinese-born street rat who falls in love with a princess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of my favorite Disney books as a kid. The adventure and excitment Aladdin faces is entertaining.
