Simple stepsRepeats a lot of info you can find in other books. Main idea is that you need to get things out of your head and on to paper.
This book is just a simpler, less thorough version of How To Be A Productivity Ninja. Spend your time reading that one, it's a lot more elaborate and has exercises to help you implement Graham's methods. Introducing Productivity is too shallow to have any real impact.
V practical and easy to read. Best bit is when the author gives advice that ur already doing or had already thought of.
Once you read this book, you don't need to spend time on reading other Productivity/Self-Help books, even the classics like Covey's 'Seven Habits'. The author has done that for you and presents a simple A-Z approach of tackling your inner demons and getting work done. I found it to be a light read which can be spread over a long period. The chapters are easy to follow. I will try to use the CORD model and see if it's effective for me.
