Thunderhead (Greenstone #2)

Thunderhead (Greenstone #2)

A.P. Johns
0/5 ( ratings)
Continuing the story from 'Harp's Tale' and 'The Rise and Fall of Kristalion'. The Kingdom of Vemor is facing threats from north and south. Above, beyond the Great Sand Sea, the advanced civilisation of the Vicinal Confederation covets the Greenstone mineral essential to their survival. Below Vemor, in the cold south, there are rumblings from the Saganians, who seek to right an old wrong and recover lost territory. Two agents cross the desert with differing agendas. One to foment strife and start a war, the other to stop him. Meanwhile, the Thunderhead intelligence team seek to infiltrate the long-planned Bronl summit, and Harp has to deal with a gifted sister, a wedding, a funeral and a pregancy, against the background of impending war.
Thunderhead builds on the story and characters first encountered in 'Harp's Tale', and pulls in the strands from the legacy of Kristalion.
