Excerpt from In the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, for the Ninth Circuit: Pete Carstensen Libellant and Appellant, Vs. Hammond Lumber Company, a Corporation, Respondent and Appellee; Brief for Appellant

On December 11, 1924, trial was held in court house, Los Angeles, California, before Honorable Benjamin F. Bledsoe, judge, who on that day made and entered an order that this cause be submitted on briefs to be filed. These briefs were accordingly filed before the time fixed by the court.

On March 19, 1925, the court made and entered an order herein, that a decree be entered dismissing libel in accordance with opinion this day filed herein, a copy of which opinion is hereto annexed.
