Excellent
I have loved Esther's work ever since I saw her TEDtalk in 2016. Great series. I learn something in every episode, whether it's a new psychological concept or something about myself. I can't wait to hear more.
Episodes 3 and 4 were particularly insightful in this season.

Esther Perel is one of my favorite "question askers" because she asks questions in her sessions that bring alternative perspectives to help her patients do a deeper dive. I greatly enjoy hearing her sessions from a counselor's point of view in learning through example for my own practice, and also hearing the stories because it's easier to bring awareness to my own experiences and healing when viewing from an outside point of view - I get to point the finger at myself rather than someone else po...
